On Saturday October 5^th the Sunday School enjoyed a day out at ‘Sundown Adventureland’ near Retford. Despite the grey clouds the weather stayed fine (Praise God!). The only place we were getting wet was on the ‘Boozy Barrel Boat Ride’ much to the delight of the children. 

The emphasis at ‘Sundown’ is imagination and exploration, which the children did plenty of and so did the adults! It was great to see the children aged between 2 – 9 years having such a good time together and building friendships.

We really had a good time and look forward to the next Sunday School event. (If you’ve not been to ‘Sundown’ for a while then I recommend that you should definitely go. They keep adding bits and improving it). Many thanks to Andrew for being bus-driver for the day.
